Translate business objectives into actionable monthly and quarterly revenue, booking, and collection targets.
Develop separate, coordinated growth plans for property sales and residence bookings, reflecting their different buying cycles.
Prioritize opportunities by value, likelihood of conversion, and expected collection date.
Identify revenue shortfalls early and execute corrective actions before reporting deadlines.
Accelerate Deals from Enquiry to Payment:
Personally lead high-value negotiations and close strategically important transactions.
Reduce avoidable delays through prompt lead response, clear next steps, structured follow-ups, and timely escalation.
Take ownership of the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, inspection, proposal, negotiation, documentation, closing, and payment follow-through.
Work with Finance, Legal, and Operations to align commercial commitments, payment milestones, documentation, and delivery readiness.
Build a Pipeline That Supports Predictable Growth:
Develop a qualified pipeline with sufficient coverage to support agreed revenue targets.
Separate credible opportunities from speculative enquiries to improve forecast reliability.
Expand corporate accommodation, executive stays, repeat bookings, and referral opportunities for the residence business.
Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, expected close dates, and revenue forecasts.
Activate relationships with high-net-worth individuals, investors, corporate buyers, brokers, property advisers, and strategic partners.
Grow Revenue While Protecting Commercial Value:
Recommend pricing, payment structures, and sales incentives using market intelligence and approved commercial parameters.
Assess channels and partnerships by conversion, acquisition cost, revenue contribution, and collection performance.
Protect margins through disciplined negotiation and appropriate discount approvals.
Develop compelling propositions that communicate the investment, lifestyle, and service value of each offering.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Sales Team:
Address underperformance promptly and build a culture of urgency, ownership, professionalism, and measurable delivery.
Run focused weekly pipeline reviews with named owners, next actions, and deadlines.
Set clear individual targets for revenue, collections, qualified opportunities, inspections, bookings, and conversions.
Coach team members in prospect qualification, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
Convert Marketing Investment into Sales Outcomes:
Partner with Marketing to attract qualified buyers and guests through targeted campaigns.
Establish clear lead qualification criteria, response standards, and handover responsibilities.
Use customer feedback and competitor insights to sharpen positioning and improve conversion.
Track campaign performance through to inspections, bookings, completed transactions, and revenue collected.
Your Performance Will Be Measured By
Residence booking revenue, occupancy, and repeat business.
Margin discipline and revenue contribution from partners.
Lead-to-inspection, inspection-to-offer, and offer-to-close conversion.
Cash collected against agreed payment milestones.
Revenue achieved against monthly and quarterly targets.
Sales cycle duration and team productivity.
Property sales value and completed transactions.
Qualified pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy.
The Profile We Are Looking For
Knowledge of the Abuja luxury property and hospitality markets is an advantage.
Strong access to relevant buyers, investors, corporate decision-makers, brokers, and referral networks.

Demonstrable success closing high-value real estate transactions and/or generating substantial revenue in premium hospitality or residences.
Confident use of CRM systems and sales data to prioritize action and improve results.
