THE ROLE
ASEC SECURITY LTD is seeking an experienced retired or former officer of the Department of State Services (DSS) or a similarly experienced senior security professional to lead and strengthen the company's security operations.
The successful candidate will take overall responsibility for operational command, personnel discipline, training, deployment, security assessments, client-site operations and the continued development of ASEC's operational structure.

REPORTING STRUCTURE
The Head of Security Operations will report directly to the Director of ASEC SECURITY LTD and will have operational authority over the company's security command structure.

Key Responsibilities
- The Head of Security Operations will:
- Lead and coordinate ASEC's security operations across all client locations.
- Supervise Commanders, Supervisors and Security Personnel.
- Establish and enforce operational standards, procedures and discipline.
- Develop security deployment plans for client locations.
- Conduct security surveys, threat assessments and vulnerability assessments.
- Oversee recruitment, screening and operational assessment of security personnel.
- Develop and supervise continuous training programmes for ASEC personnel.
- Conduct routine and unscheduled inspections of deployment locations.
- Ensure effective day and night patrol supervision.
- Establish professional incident-reporting and escalation procedures.
- Investigate security incidents and recommend corrective measures.
- Maintain appropriate operational records and reports.
