This role will provide strategic leadership and oversight for all physical security operations across the Group's manufacturing plants, distribution centers, warehouses, offices, and other business locations.

Role responsibilities
Develop and implement the Group's physical security strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Serve as the primary security advisor to executive leadership on security risks, emerging threats, and mitigation strategies
Direct security operations at manufacturing plants, warehouses, distribution centers, depots, and corporate offices.
Lead and manage security operations across multiple sites nationwide.
Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses across business operations.
Establish security policies, procedures, standards, and governance frameworks to ensure consistent implementation across the business
Oversee the protection of all company assets, facilities, personnel, inventory, and critical infrastructure.
Candidate requirements
Proven experience leading security operations across multiple locations within a large FMCG or manufacturing organization.
Bachelor's Degree in Security Management, Criminology, Business Administration, Social Sciences, Military Studies, or a related field.
Demonstrated track record of developing and implementing enterprise-wide security strategies.
Experience operating at a senior management level, preferably at General Manager (GM) or Assistant General Manager (AGM) level.
Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in physical security management, with significant leadership responsibilities.
