We are recruiting to fill the position below:

ead, Post Boarding Control
Location: Lekki / Chevron Area, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilties
Call over all employee-administration activities (leave, payroll changes, disciplinary actions, exits and related HR transactions) for compliance with policy and completeness of supporting documentation.
Cooperate fully with periodic ISO 9001:2015-aligned audits of this function conducted by the Head, Enterprise Risk Management, and remediate audit findings within agreed timelines.
Ensure the staff file/personnel record for every boarded staff member is kept fully and accurately updated with all post-boarding activities and client instructions.
Continuously re-screen boarded staff against updates to the Database of Usable Former Staff and Agents and the Database of Blacklisted Former Staff and Agents.
Investigate anomalies, discrepancies or red flags identified after boarding — e.g. falsified documents, guarantor issues, disciplinary history — and escalate to the CRACO.
Monitor deployment and attendance controls for boarded staff, including redundancy staffing for high-risk/critical roles.
Validate attendance–payroll consistency for boarded staff in conjunction with the Payroll Controls framework.
Render periodic post-boarding control and exception reports directly to the CRACO.
Conduct post-boarding vetting of every staff profile received from the Placement & Validation Unit at the end of each week, in line with the profile facts process.
Call over every client instruction relating to boarded staff (e.g. redeployment, extension, disciplinary action, termination) to confirm it has been received, correctly actioned and accurately recorded in the staff file.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Criminology, Security, Risk Management or a related discipline; a professional risk, HR or investigations certification is an advantage.
- Familiarity with staff deployment, attendance and payroll validation systems and processes.
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience in HR operations, staff vetting, compliance or risk control, preferably within HR outsourcing or a high-volume staffing environment.
- Strong analytical, investigative and reporting skills.
- High attention to detail, sound judgement and unimpeachable personal integrity.
