We are seeking a highly experienced, commercially minded, and results-drivenHospitality Managerto oversee the overall business performance and daily operations of a serviced apartment facility in Apo, Abuja.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify operational gaps and implement improvements in processes, resource utilisation, service quality, and business efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction, customer service, housekeeping, and property presentation.
- Oversee overall business performance, daily operations, and long-term business sustainability.
- Manage operational costs, support budget planning, and implement effective cost-control measures.
- Set performance targets, conduct regular reviews, provide coaching, and address performance gaps.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for the CEO, highlighting results, challenges, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive revenue and occupancy growth through effective pricing, revenue management, sales, marketing, and business development strategies.
- Lead and supervise staff, ensuring productivity, accountability, and effective team performance.
- Oversee maintenance, facilities, procurement, suppliers, and operational policies and procedures.
- Work closely with the Accountant to monitor revenue, expenses, financial performance, and profitability.
