The core mission is to identify potential hotel properties, independent hotel owners, real estate investors, and commercial building resources across Nigeria, promote our international hotel brand franchise cooperation, and complete full-cycle business negotiation, evaluation, and signing to achieve regional store opening targets. This role is critical for our brand’s market penetration and long-term business growth in Nigeria.

We are seeking a results-driven Hotel Business Development (BD) Executive based in Nigeria to lead local hotel franchise expansion and market development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Local Market Exploration & Lead Mining:
  • Establish and maintain a local investor and property owner resource database to ensure continuous high-quality project reserves.
  • Conduct in-depth research on Nigeria’s local hotel and commercial real estate market, screen and stock up qualified resources including independent hotels, idle commercial buildings, serviced apartments, and renovated property projects.
  • Project Due Diligence & Feasibility Evaluation:
  • Conduct on-site property inspection, verify property ownership, legal qualifications, building structure, fire safety conditions, and supporting facilities.
  • Analyze local business districts, passenger flow, competitor hotel pricing, and occupancy data, complete project investment return evaluation and feasibility analysis, and deliver professional project assessment reports.
  • Business Negotiation & Franchise Signing:
  • Communicate and negotiate with property owners and hotel investors professionally, introduce brand franchise policies, brand advantages, operation support systems, charging standards, and opening incubation policies.
  • Customize personalized cooperation solutions, resolve customer doubts and negotiation obstacles independently, and follow up contract review, signing, and deposit payment to complete franchise landing.
  • Project Follow-up & Landing Support:
  • Track the whole pre-opening progress, coordinate and solve various problems in the project implementation process, and ensure smooth opening of franchised hotels.
  • Cooperate with the company’s design, engineering, pre-opening, and operation teams after contract signing, assist in project docking, property re-measurement, and construction scheme confirmation.
  • Channel Maintenance & Brand Localization:
  • Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with local real estate intermediaries, commercial management companies, industry institutions, and existing franchisees.
  • Expand multi-channel business resources, tap secondary store-opening demands of old customers, improve local brand awareness and market share, and build a stable local expansion channel network.
  • Data Management & Target Achievement:
  • Complete daily market visits, project follow-up and data update strictly in accordance with company requirements.
  • Regularly sort out market competition information, summarize expansion data and business progress, optimize sales and negotiation strategies, and steadily complete monthly and annual franchise opening KPIs.
  • Job Requirements
  • Capable of independent market research, project investment assessment, and data analysis; familiar with hotel franchise cooperation processes and basic hotel operation logic.
  • Candidates with personal local property and investor resources in Nigeria are prioritized.
  • Fluent in oral and written English, with good communication skills, business acumen, and customer relationship maintenance capabilities.
  • Self-motivated, strong executive ability, honest and reliable, able to take the initiative to explore local markets and adapt to long-term local stable work.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above, 22–40 years old; outstanding candidates with rich relevant experience are exempted from academic restrictions.
  • Possess excellent on-site visiting, customer development, and business negotiation capabilities, with strong goal awareness, pressure resistance, and result-oriented work attitude.
  • 1+ year working experience in hotel franchise expansion, commercial real estate investment promotion, store development, or business BD sales; candidates with familiar Nigeria local hotel market and real estate resources are highly preferred.
  • Work Location:
  • Full-time based in Nigeria, responsible for national local hotel franchise expansion business.
