Job Summary
The ideal candidate will create a positive first impression and ensure guests feel welcomed and comfortable throughout their stay.
We are seeking a courteous and reliable Hotel Porter to provide exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage, escorting guests, and supporting front office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure prompt and professional service at all times.
- Arrange transportation or assist guests with directions when needed.
- Report any guest concerns, lost items, or suspicious activity to management.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and entrance areas.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Deliver messages, parcels, and room service items to guest rooms as required.
- Support the front desk team with guest requests and general inquiries.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
- Qualifications & Skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail.
- Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
- Minimum of SSCE/OND or equivalent qualification.
