The ideal candidate should take pride in maintaining a clean, organized and welcoming environment and should be able to work with minimal supervision.
We are currently looking for neat, hardworking, reliable and responsible Housekeepers to join our team at serviced apartment/shortlet locations in Old GRA and NTA Road, Port Harcourt.
Key Responsibilities
- Report damaged items, maintenance issues or missing items to the supervisor.
- Follow established cleaning and hygiene procedures.
- Clean bathrooms, kitchens and other facilities.
- Restock toiletries and other necessary supplies when required.
- Handle cleaning materials and equipment properly.
- Make beds, change beddings and replace towels and other room supplies.
- Carry out other reasonable housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, apartments and common areas to a high standard.
- Ensure rooms are properly arranged and ready for guests.
- Sweep, mop, dust and thoroughly clean assigned areas.
- Assist with maintaining the general appearance and cleanliness of the property.
Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hotel, serviced apartment or shortlet operations is an advantage.
- Must be neat, hardworking and physically fit.
- Must have good attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work according to the assigned schedule.
- Candidates living within or close to Old GRA or NTA Road are encouraged to apply.
- Must be available to resume immediately.
- Must be respectful and able to work professionally around guests and other staff.
