Lington & Bernie Consulting Limited was established on October 8, 1999 to provide efficient and qualitative consulting services to the oil and gas industry as well as banks and financial institutions in the areas of human resources placement and management, human resources consulting services, tax administration and payroll services as well as oil and gas fiscal and contractual terms advisory services.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Housekeeper
Location: Ikoyi. Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
In addition to cleaning responsibilities, housekeepers may also have light clerical duties to complete during their shifts.
They handle a variety of tasks to keep clutter from accumulating and remove dirt, debris and germs from surfaces.
Housekeepers maintain the appearance of hotel rooms, rental properties and private residences.
Key Accountabilities
- Common duties include:
- Interacting positively and professionally with guests
- Notifying owners or management of damage to a room or property
- Cleaning, disinfecting and storing all equipment at the end of the shift
- Completing housekeeping checklists by changing the sheets, replacing and folding towels, restocking toiletries and toilet paper, vacuuming, dusting, emptying wastebaskets and performing other tasks
- Using disinfecting cleaning products to clean hard surfaces, such as toilets, countertops, showers, tubs and tables
- Monitoring and reporting on the inventory of cleaning supplies
- Providing status updates upon completing a cleaning checklist or finishing a guest request
- Responding to calls for housekeeping issues, such as spills and broken glass
- Logging all lost and found items
- Performing deep cleans to remove stains and large messes, as needed
