Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Associate to support key HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, performance management, HR policies, and client advisory.
The ideal candidate should be able to independently manage HR activities while supporting multiple client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection, and candidate communication.
- Support HR projects, maintain accurate records, and ensure proper documentation.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and performance improvement plans.
- Provide day-to-day HR support to clients and respond to HR-related queries.
- Conduct HR research and contribute to client recommendations and HR initiatives.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, employee engagement, and other talent management activities.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
