Key Responsibilities
- Support employee records management, onboarding, offboarding, leave administration and attendance tracking.
- Assist with the implementation of HR policies, the Employee Handbook and job descriptions.
- Coordinate workforce mapping, vacancy tracking and recruitment activities.
- Support the implementation of HRIS/HCM platforms, payroll standardisation and attendance-control systems.
- Maintain accurate personnel files and statutory HR documentation.
- Support employee relations, grievance documentation and PPE/HSE administration.
- Assist with training programmes, performance appraisals and management HR reporting.
Requirements
BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related discipline.
3–5 years’ HR generalist experience.
Previous experience in manufacturing, recycling or industrial operations is strongly preferred.
Working knowledge of Nigerian labour law and statutory HR requirements, including Pension, NSITF and ITF.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Experience with HRIS/HCM platforms is an advantage.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
Willingness to travel to the Group’s operational sites when required.
CIPM membership or membership in view is an advantage.
