Job Summary
The ideal candidate will have strong

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support HR operations across multiple retail stores and a large workforce.

Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.
Good understanding of employment policies and applicable labour regulations.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of
in HR operations, preferably supporting multiple retail locations or large workforces.
Ability to work effectively with store managers and employees across different locations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HR management systems.
Salary: N250,000 gross monthly.

- Prepare HR reports covering headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, and performance.
- Manage HR systems and ensure employee information is accurate and up to date.

- Work closely with store managers to identify staffing needs and resolve HR-related issues.
- Support performance reviews and employee development initiatives.
- Support payroll by reviewing attendance, overtime, deductions, and staff changes.
- Maintain accurate staff records, attendance, leave, contracts, and HR databases.
- Use Microsoft Excel for HR reporting, data tracking, and workforce records.
- Handle employee relations, complaints, disciplinary cases, and workplace issues.
- Coordinate staff training, orientation, and employee engagement activities.
