Responsibilties
Support the development and implementation of ERP/HR systems to drive efficiency in the HR and administration function through automation
Set and agree individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance providing regular feedback and coaching in line with the company’s people management practices.
Implement and monitor HR KPI’s in line with the overall business strategy and KPIs
Maintain and update the organization structure(s) and ensure up to date job descriptions are in place for all roles across the region
Contribute to the development and lead the implementation of talent management & development frameworks to support capability development across the region
Develop and implement positive employee relations programs, reward, recognition and promotions systems in order to enhance workforce motivation and effectiveness
Act as a trusted HR partner to managers and employees, providing practical and commercially focused HR advice.
