A renowned Nigeria-based restaurant, in partnership with Chrivon Tech Solutions, is hiring an HR Officer to provide HR leadership and support, ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law, manage recruitment and staff documentation, and handle HR administration.
What You’ll Do
Handle employee relations and grievance procedures.
Maintain HR records, attendance, and payroll inputs.
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation.
Coordinate training and development where required.
Prepare HR reports using Excel/Word/HRIS.
Support performance management and staff welfare.
Ensure compliance with Nigerian labour law and company policies.
What We Need
Essential:
CIPM certified.
Availability for full-time office hours and occasional weekend support as required.
Proficiency in Excel, Word, and HRIS.
Knowledge of Nigerian labour law and HR best practices.
5 years+ HR experience; QSR/hospitality experience preferred.
HR experience with a big firm.
Female candidate preferred.
Strong confidentiality and integrity.
SHRM/HRCI certification (optional/preferred).
BSc Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master`s Degree Holder is prefered).
