in an HR Generalist or HR Officer role.
supporting factory, manufacturing, FMCG, or field-based operations is an added advantage.
Sound knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Excellent organizational and administrative abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple field locations.
Must be willing to spend significant time in the field engaging with factory workers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular visits to factory sites to engage with employees and supervisors.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for factory workers, addressing employee concerns and providing HR support.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, and workforce discipline.
- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for newly hired factory employees.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and labor regulations.
- Investigate and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner.

- Ensure proper implementation of disciplinary procedures and performance management processes.
- Support health, safety, and compliance initiatives within the factory environment.
