Responsibilities
- Assist the HR Manager in end-to-end Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Assist in Workforce Management.
- General HR Operations.
- Labor Compliance and Staff Welfare.
- Payroll and Record Support.
- Employee and Industrial Relations.
Requirements
- The role is strictly an on-site role for "Male HR Professionals" for gender equality and he must be a resident within Ota, Ogun State and environs.
- 3-5 years'
Experience
in Manufacturing (managing contract staff in a factory) with professional certification CIPM.
BSc/HND in Industrial Relations or any social science course.
