Job Summary
The HR Specialist will support the organisation’s Human Resources functions by providing effective HR services across recruitment, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, HR administration, and compliance.
Responsibilities
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned.
- Monitor attendance, leave, lateness, and other employee-related records.
- Handle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate staff training, development, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Assist with staff engagement and employee welfare initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and applicable HR regulations.
- Support the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce and staffing needs.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, CV screening, interviews, selection, and onboarding.
- Support performance management and employee appraisal processes.
- Prepare HR reports and provide relevant workforce data to management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Must demonstrate professionalism, integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
- Good report-writing and documentation skills.
