Job Summary

We are hiring three HSE Officers to cover our solar mini-grid construction across Nigeria.

One officer based in each of Adamawa, Taraba and Benue/Kogi, with flexibility to cover other project sites.

Site inspections, toolbox talks, inductions and PPE compliance

Implementing Saba's HSE policies and project requirements across your assigned sites

Stop Work Authority where an activity presents an immediate and serious risk

What you bring

NEBOSH or IOSH certification, First Aid or Fire Safety training, and solar PV or mini-grid experience are each an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively and stay near remote sites

Hands-on experience on active construction sites

The confidence to enforce HSE requirements with contractors and site personnel

Working knowledge of Nigerian HSE requirements, risk assessments, method statements and permit-to-work systems
