Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing outsourced client accounts, overseeing payroll administration, supporting employee relations, ensuring HR compliance, and partnering with clients to deliver effective people solutions that align with business objectives.
Our Client is seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to join our team.
This role is ideal for an HR professional with a minimum of three (3) years' post-NYSC experience as an HR Business Partner within an HR Consulting, Outsourcing, or Workforce Management environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for client organizations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with Nigerian labour laws and company policies.
- Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for assigned client accounts, providing strategic and operational HR support.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient HR consulting and outsourcing solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted HR advisor.
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievance resolution, and performance management.
- Administer payroll accurately and on time while ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Manage outsourced workforce operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare HR reports and support account management activities for assigned clients.
- Monitor attendance, leave administration, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Candidates residing within or close to Ikoyi, Lagos, are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS/HR management systems.
- Experience handling employee relations, disciplinary procedures, and performance management.
- Minimum of three (3) years' post-NYSC experience as an HR Business Partner within an HR Consulting, HR Outsourcing, or Workforce Management environment.
- CIPM certification or membership is an added advantage.
- Demonstrable experience managing client accounts and outsourced employees is mandatory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in payroll administration, HR operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong stakeholder management and client relationship management skills.
