- Manage recruitment, onboarding and staffing across branches.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline and employee conduct.
- Manage employee performance, KPIs and Performance Improvement Plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievances and staff retention.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and Nigerian employment requirements.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, staff benefits, and incentives with Finance.
- Identify training needs and coordinate staff development.
- Conduct regular branch HR oversight and ensure Branch Managers maintain proper staff standards.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly HR reports for Management.
- Manage employee exits, clearance, and offboarding.
- Identify HR issues, take corrective action, and follow through to resolution.
