Role Summary
The Human Resources Associate will play a critical role in strengthening R-DATS’ internal systems, people operations, and organizational culture, while also supporting general office operations. This role is ideal for someone who combines
strong HR fundamentals with operational efficiency and business sense.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Law, or other related disciplines with a minimum of second class upper CGPA or its equivalent. Master’s degree is a plus.

- Human Resources & People Operations
- Support recruitment processes of staff and consultants (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, onboarding)
- Maintain staff records, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support performance management, appraisals, and staff development processes
