Under the supervision of the Principal Officer, Internal Services, the incumbent will ensure efficient functioning of the general human resource functions of the Office of the Auditor General in accordance with ECOWAS Staff Regulations, Rules, and established best practices.

Academic Qualifications and

Experience

in a Human Resources generalist role would be an added advantage.

Knowledge of Regulations, procedures, and policies of relevance to the execution of duties associated with the position in an international organization.

Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Law, Social Sciences, or related field from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Cognitive knowledge of data base creation and management, and use of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and programs for operationalizing a variety of HR business processes and reports.

Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field and/or professional HR certification would be an added advantage.

Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible

in one or multiple areas of human resources management including training, recruitment, performance management, change management, manpower planning, salary policy, pension administration, terms and conditions of employment, monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
