Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to oversee customer complaints, after-sales service, warranty management, and service coordination. The ideal candidate should have experience in HVAC, engineering, or technical equipment industries and be committed to delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage customer enquiries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate after-sales services, repairs, maintenance, and warranty claims.
- Prepare customer service reports and identify areas for improvement.
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve equipment-related issues.
- Monitor service requests and ensure prompt follow-up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer complaints, service activities, and warranty claims.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems.
