Key Accountabilities
- Cleaning & Sanitation:
- Clean and maintain offices, restrooms, common areas, and surrounding premises.
- Perform daily cleaning activities including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Ensure workspaces remain clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day.
- Clean windows, furniture, fixtures, and other office facilities as required.
- Waste Management & Hygiene Supplies:
- Collect and dispose of waste appropriately in designated disposal areas.
- Monitor and replenish hygiene supplies such as soap, tissue paper, hand sanitizers, and cleaning materials.
- Ensure hygiene facilities remain fully stocked and functional at all times.
- Maintain proper storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Facility Support:
- Conduct routine inspections to identify cleanliness or maintenance concerns.
- Report faults such as leaks, damaged fittings, or other facility issues promptly.
- Support basic facility upkeep and assist with assigned errands when required.
- Handle and maintain cleaning equipment responsibly to ensure proper functionality.
- Health, Safety & Compliance:
- Follow all health, safety, and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and appropriately.
- Maintain a safe, hazard-free working environment.
- Support the organization's commitment to workplace cleanliness and safety standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of
- SSCE
- or equivalent qualification.
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual cleaning tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or facility support is an added advantage.
