We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Onikan, Lagos

Job Summary
The I.T Officerwill be responsible for managing and maintaining the company's technology infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer systems, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Conduct training sessions or workshops to enhance the team's IT skills and promote best practices for technology usage.
Assess the company's technology needs and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business goals.
Provide first-line technical support to team members, addressing hardware and software issues, troubleshooting network problems, and resolving user inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with external vendors or service providers for system troubleshooting and support.
Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components as required.
He/ She will play a crucial role in optimizing our technology resources and enabling efficient communication and collaboration among team members. Other responsibilitiesinclude:

Assist users in setting up new accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.

Oversee and maintain the company's IT systems, including hardware, software, servers, and network infrastructure.
Assess the company's technology needs and make recommendations for hardware and software upgrades or replacements.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as system updates, backups, and security patches to ensure optimal performance and data integrity.
Qualifications
Proven
Experience
as an IT Specialist or in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant I.T certifications is a plus.
Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications.
Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: N300,000 per month.
