Job Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Impact Data Analyst to lead the analysis of impact monitoring data and support evidence-based decision- making.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Ipsos Data Hub to clean and validate datasets, conduct statistical analyses, and develop monitoring platforms that strengthen impact measurement and evaluation processes
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure data privacy, compliance, and adherence to best practices in data governance
- Collaborate with the Data Hub team to clean, Validate, and manage data pipelines.
- Specity and execute complex analytical models to generate actionable insights.
- Support the design and setup of impact monitoring platforms and scripting tools.
- Conduct initial and advanced statistical analyses, including single and multi-variate analytics
- Contribute to the development of impact measurement frameworks and reporting outputs for stakeholders
- Lead the analysis of impact monitoring and evaluation datasets
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Social Sciences, or related field.
- 4-6 years of
Experience
managing analytics for impact montoring, strategic reviews, program evaluation, or similar projects.
Proven
in statistical analysis and data interpretation
working with large datasets and monitoring platforms.
with CommCare platform will be an added advantage
with data cleaning, validation, and data quality management.
Familiarity with advanced analytics techniques including single and multivariate analysis
Strong proficiency in statistical analysis and quantitative methods
Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) principles and frameworks
in building and managing data monitoring systems and platforms
