Functionally reports to: Head, PTSA Operations
Job Objectives
Analyze new user/solution
Requirements
- to develop solutions that align with requirements.

- Provide technical support to merchants integrating the Payment gateway.
- Product backlog management, including documenting user stories and Functional requirements.
- Technical implementation of new business solution projects to time, cost, scope and quality.
- Oversee the design, planning and implementation of Ecommerce related projects.
- Managing the Ecommerce platforms, and Services including 3DS Server (Payment Gateway), EMVCo 3DS (Card authentication), Online marketplace platforms, and Verification (KYC) platforms.

Responsibilities
- Monitors terminal performance, diagnosis, and resolve service issues.
- Track system downtimes to maintain 99.9% service availability.
- Supervises operation, implementation, and maintenance of the UPTSA production platform.
- Guide junior staff to help them reach their full potentials on job.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Ensures compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly reports of Terminal performance through data analysis.
- Lead end-to-end testing, validation, and deployment of PTSA solutions for merchant integration.
- Conducts testing and quality assurance for POS systems before deployment.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to enhance product quality and user experience.
- Offer second-level support for POS application issues and troubleshooting.

Education
First Degree(s) in Engineering, Computer Science, or Applied Sciences.
Experience
Understanding of the key technical concepts in I.T, Electronic Payments and Digital Services. Programming knowledge and
is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years’
in Software development, System Integration or Application Support role.
Others:
Others: Strong Analytical skill, Business Analysis and project Management skills would be an added advantage.
