Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring the organization attracts and hires qualified talent across various functions.
Our client is seeking an experienced and results-driven In-House Recruiter to join our Human Resources team
Requirements
Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment processes.
Proficiency in sourcing and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, and other talent acquisition tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
Professional certification in CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or a related HR qualification is an added advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in an in-house/corporate environment.
Strong experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple job functions.
Salary: N600,000 monthly.
