Job Summary
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, engaging customers, providing product information, maintaining excellent product visibility, and ensuring a professional Apple brand experience within the assigned store.
We are seeking a smart, energetic, tech-savvy, customer-focused, and well-groomed In-Store Sales Consultant to represent the a mobile and gadgetbrand at selected retail locations in Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Apple products and accessories within the assigned store.
- Engage customers and understand their needs to recommend suitable Apple products.
- Ensure all sales are properly captured on the required reporting platform.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Provide accurate information and demonstrations on Apple products and their features.
- Maintain a professional appearance and consistently represent the brand appropriately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and store personnel.
- Maintain excellent product display, merchandising, and visibility at the assigned stand.
- Record and submit daily sales and activity reports accurately.
- Monitor stock availability and promptly report low-stock situations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive product display area.
- Adhere to all company and store policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
- Requirements & Qualifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- NYSC must be completed. Candidates who have not completed NYSC will not be considered.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet sales targets.
- Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or brand promotion is an added advantage.
- Good teamwork, punctuality, and reliability.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or OND from a recognized institution.
- Confident, articulate, friendly, and approachable personality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be comfortable using smartphones, applications, and digital reporting platforms.
- Must be well-groomed, presentable, and professional.
- Strong customer engagement and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest and knowledge of technology and consumer electronics.
- Ideal Candidate:
- We are looking for someone who is brilliant, amiable, Gen-Z-friendly, polished, energetic, tech-savvy, sales-driven, and passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience.
Salary: N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
