We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Information Technology Lead
Location: Port Harcourt, Rivers
Job Purpose
The IT Lead will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems and services.
The position requires a senior professional capable of leading enterprise IT projects from planning and deployment through monitoring, troubleshooting, optimization, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide senior IT leadership across infrastructure, applications, and enterprise systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, project reports, and system performance reviews.
- Oversee cybersecurity measures, ensuring compliance with company policies and international standards.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation, cloud adoption, and enterprise applications.
- Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of servers, networks, databases, and cloud environments.
- Lead vendor management, procurement, and evaluation of IT tools and solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to IT staff and contractors.
- Supervise system upgrades, migrations, and integration projects.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, client procedures, and Felton quality systems.
- Ensure data integrity, availability, and confidentiality across all platforms.
- Manage IT support operations, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with business units to align IT solutions with organizational goals.
- Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in a senior IT role.
- Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline.
- Extensive hands-on experience with enterprise IT infrastructure and systems.
- Proven expertise in servers, networks, databases, and cloud technologies.
- Demonstrable experience in system integration, upgrades, and digital transformation projects.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance.
