Job Summary
We are seeking a competent and proactive IT officer to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the organization’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to staff, ensuring system security, and helping to maintain the smooth and efficient operation of all IT systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.
- Maintain and monitor the company’s network, internet connectivity, and IT systems.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, passwords, and system configurations.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, computer engineering,or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant IT experience.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and common business applications.
- Knowledge of network administration and IT security.
