Job descriptions & requirements
Key Accountabilities
- Research and build a prioritised database of suitable educational institutions.
- Identify decision-makers, including school owners, principals, academic coordinators, department heads and teachers.
- Conduct structured outreach through email, calls, professional networks, referrals, and visits where practical.
- Arrange and coordinate platform demonstrations.
- Follow up consistently with interested institutions and maintain a clear pipeline of opportunities.
- Coordinate onboarding with institutions that agree to pilot KEEN Africa.
- Help teachers and administrators understand the platform's value and get started.
- Collect feedback, objections, and feature requests, then share actionable insights with the Platform Lead and Content Lead.
- Work with the Content Lead to turn approved testimonials, pilot outcomes and institutional success stories into useful marketing material.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare a weekly partnerships and adoption report.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of a degree in a related field
- First 90-day outcomes:
- Days 1–30: Define the target institution profile, prepare outreach materials, build the initial prospect list and establish a repeatable outreach process.
- Days 31–60: Run outreach consistently, hold discovery conversations and demonstrations, and secure initial pilot commitments.
- Days 61–90: Help participating institutions onboard, monitor early usage and document what makes institutions adopt or decline the platform.
- How performance will be measured:
- Relevant institutions researched and qualified.
- Decision-makers successfully contacted.
- Meaningful conversations and demonstrations completed.
- Pilot commitments and institutions onboarded.
- Teachers and learners who actually begin using the platform.
- Follow-up quality, pipeline accuracy and feedback collected.
