Job Title: Instrumentation Specialist

Location: : Ughelli, Delta
Job Purpose
Oversee the installation, testing, repair and calibration of instrumentation and control equipment to ensure smooth functioning of plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Record shift activities in the logbook.
- Carry out preventive and planned maintenance according to the schedule.
- Testing and calibration of all measuring instruments.
- Report and ensure prompt response to all breakdowns that are prone to affect production to reduce downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair of instrumentation control system and telecommunication equipment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Electrical Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation or any other related fields.
Experience
1- 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Good communication skills - oral and written.
Use of Microsoft offices - Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
The person must have:
Ability to read and interpret as well as modify circuits.
Ability to critically analyze electronic and instrumentation faults and proffer solutions.
