We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Wuse, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Lead Designer
Job Summary
You will oversee design development, coordinate with contractors and vendors, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
The ideal candidate is responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
We are seeking to hire highly skilled and self-driven Interior Architect with strong Project Management capabilities to join our team. The role might include travel for site visits when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Review shop drawings, samples, and site work for compliance.
- Handle contractor supervision remotely and during site visits.
- Lead project coordination from design to execution.
- Prepare detailed drawings (plans, elevations, sections, joinery details).
- Provide timely updates, documentation, and reports.
- Ensure all designs meet project requirements, budgets, and timelines. Project Management
- Maintain strong communication with the Lagos HQ team.
- Attend virtual meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
- Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture aligned with project goals.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to design intent throughout execution.
- Uphold professionalism and ownership of assigned tasks.
- Create project schedules, track progress, and flag risks early.
- Develop concept designs, space plans, and mood boards.
- Manage communication between clients, vendors, and contractors.
- Produce 3D visualizations and presentation materials.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit (optional), and rendering tools.
- Creative thinker with strong aesthetic and technical judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Reliable internet connection and remote-work discipline.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High sense of responsibility, ownership, and integrity.

Experience
Salary: N300,000 monthly (Negotiable, based on Experience)
in interior architecture and project management.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
Excellent knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction details.
Must be based in Abuja with the ability to visit sites when required.
