We are seeking a talented and experienced Interior Architect to join our construction team in Lekki, Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and resolve design or construction issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and deliverables.
- Develop interior architectural concepts, layouts, drawings, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and monitor work to ensure designs and specifications are properly implemented.
- Review materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and fittings for projects.
- Assist with project planning, budgeting, and material selection.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant building standards, regulations, and project requirements.
- Coordinate interior design requirements with ongoing construction activities.
- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Requirements
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to interpret and produce technical drawings and construction details.
- Good understanding of project timelines and construction site procedures.
- 3–5 years of professional experience in interior architecture, construction, architectural design, or a related field.
