Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Inventory Officer/Supervisor to manage stock records, monitor inventory levels, supervise warehouse activities, and ensure accurate and efficient inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.
- Supervise the proper storage, labeling, and organization of goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock databases.
- Supervise, assign tasks to, and support inventory/warehouse staff.
- Monitor stock levels and promptly report shortages or variances.
- Ensure compliance with safety, housekeeping, and company procedures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Monitor and record all incoming and outgoing stock.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Good leadership and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- 2–4 years’
Experience
in inventory, stock control, or warehouse management.
Good knowledge of inventory management software/ERP systems.
Salary: N200,000 monthly Net.
