Job Summary
The successful candidate will assist with receiving, recording, counting, organizing, and monitoring inventory to ensure accurate stock records and smooth daily operations.
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to support our inventory and stock management operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and inspect incoming stock.
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low-stock items.
- Ensure proper handling and movement of stock.
- Support the preparation of inventory reports.
- Assist with maintaining accurate stock records and documentation.
- Record and update inventory transactions accurately.
- Assist with regular stock counts and inventory reconciliation.
- Follow company inventory and warehouse procedures.
- Work closely with warehouse, procurement, and other relevant teams.
- Arrange and properly store inventory.
Requirements
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
