We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Investment Advisor
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Do
Prospecting & Lead Generation: Independently source and prospect new investment leads within your network and the wider market.
Deal Structuring & Closing: Present offers, negotiate terms, and independently close investment agreements on NeoHomes properties in line with company targets.
Market Intelligence: Understand the Abuja real estate market and stay current on trends, pricing, and competitor offerings to advise NeoHomes clients accurately.
Portfolio Guidance: Guide self-sourced clients through NeoHomes investment plans, payment structures, and expected returns.
Relationship & Portfolio Growth: Maintain client relationships post-sale and identify upsell/referral opportunities within NeoHomes' portfolio.
What We're Looking For
Ability to guide self-sourced clients through investment plans, payment structures, and expected returns
Understanding of the Abuja real estate market, including trends, pricing, and competitor offerings
Ability to present offers, negotiate terms, and independently close investment agreements in line with company targets
Ability to independently source and prospect new investment leads within their network and the wider market
A Bachelor's degree
Ability to maintain post-sale client relationships and identify upsell/referral opportunities
Remuneration
Sales Target: N50,000,000.
Salary: N1,000,000 per month.
