Key Responsibilities
- Investment Execution
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors and geographies.
- Review pitch decks and investment materials and support recommendations to the Investment Committee.
- Conduct market research, company analysis, financial modelling and due diligence.
- Support deal structuring, negotiations and closing processes.
- Monitor portfolio company performance and support value creation initiatives.

- Support the legal, operational and strategic setup of the fund in collaboration with external advisers.

- Support LP fundraising activities, including data rooms, financial models and due diligence responses.
- Help develop systems and workflows for pipeline tracking, portfolio monitoring and impact measurement.
- Engage with LPs, co-investors and strategic advisers.
