Our Client is seeking an experienced IS Business Partner to act as the key interface between business entities and the Information Systems/IT function, translating business needs into effective technology solutions and coordinating IS projects, budgets and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimize disruption to business operations through effective IT service coordination.
- Contribute to the digitization and continuous improvement of IT solutions for business entities.
- Participate in defining the IS strategy and medium- to long-term IS plans for client entities.
- Support the development of IS resource forecasts and IS budgets.
- Define interfaces between existing and new systems to ensure effective integration and consistency.
- Coordinate IT teams and service providers to ensure effective maintenance and support of existing systems.
- Promote compliance with IT policies, standards and procedures.
- Support document and archive management, shared-drive administration and access control.
- Supervise new software/interface development and follow up on application maintenance.
- Ensure IT solutions align with business objectives and Group Information Systems standards.

- Provide business analysis and IT consultancy services to identify and implement appropriate solutions.
- Support the selection and acquisition of new software and ensure compatibility with the existing IT environment.
- Liaise with HQ IS stakeholders to communicate IT strategies, plans and future system developments.
- B.Sc. in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline.
- Extensive knowledge of current and emerging IS/IT solutions and their practical application to business needs.
- Strong understanding of Oil & Gas business operations, processes and workflows.
- Minimum 7 years of broad IS/IT experience, ideally covering both development and IT support.
- Strong business analysis, project coordination and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
