Responsibilities
- Providing IT support for hardware, software and networks.
- Installing, configuring and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications.
- Ensuring timely resolution of helpdesk issues.
- Managing LAN/WAN connectivity, routers, switches, firewalls and access points.
- Planning and executing infrastructure upgrades and vendor coordination.
- Maintaining IT inventory, procurement and documentation of systems and procedures.
- Ability to monitor and maintain overall network performance.
