We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Lagos
What You’ll Do
Support testing of UTN applications and technology products, including identifying, documenting, and reporting bugs.
Support office network, internet connectivity, printers, and other IT infrastructure.
Monitor IT equipment and identify issues before they significantly affect operations.
Maintain accurate records of IT assets, systems, licenses, and technical documentation.
Work with external vendors and service providers when technical support is required.
Manage user accounts, system access, devices, and IT permissions.
Assist with cybersecurity and data protection practices across the organisation.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, software, and other IT equipment.
Provide day-to-day IT support to employees and resolve hardware, software, and system issues.
Support the onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective.
Assist with system maintenance, updates, backups, and security controls.
Support technology projects and other IT-related initiatives as assigned.
Who We’re Looking For
Experience
troubleshooting Windows computers and common software issues.
Good understanding of IT security and safe computing practices.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of technical issues.
Strong attention to detail and good documentation habits.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Good understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, networking, and common business software.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with user account and access management.
1–3 years of relevant IT
in a similar role.
Bachelor’s Degree, HND, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Must reside in Lagos State, preferably on the Island.
Basic understanding of network configuration, Wi-Fi, routers, printers, and internet connectivity.
