Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic IT Supervisor to lead the company’s technology operations and digital transformation initiatives across its business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee ERP, POS, infrastructure, networks, and enterprise systems.
- Lead cybersecurity, IT governance, risk management, and compliance initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve business efficiency through technology.
- Manage IT vendors, budgets, projects, and technology implementations.
- Lead and support the IT team while working closely with senior management.
- Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Develop business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Requirements
- 10 years of progressive IT experience, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
