Process received subscription forms and ensure offer letter is sent to new client within twenty four hours.
Upload all relevant document to the client account on the CRM.
Provide subscription form to new or potential client and ensure receipt of the completed application.
Generate sales lead weekly as per the sales lead generation target.
Schedule sales call and presentation based on the leads generated and lead generation/call ratio
Follow up with client and provide personalized update during the entire sales process and beyond
Forward all required contract and other documents including but not limited to contract of sales, receipt et.c to the client with 24 hours of payment.
Other task as may be assigned by the sales manager from time to time
Coordinate site inspection as the call/inspection ratio.
