Job Title: ITAM Specialist
Location: Lagos
Supervisor: As directed by the client
Job Profile
Monitor for compliance of all IT Assets.
Ensure the availability of license information to staff and management.
Maintain IT assets for accuracy and dependency for business planning and operations
Provide a graphical representation of the companys IS Infrastructure to aid diagnosis of incidents and problems.
Come up with modern ways of managing IT hardware and software.
Ensure and maintain a comprehensive and accurate Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
Maintain dependencies and inter relationships between configuration items are communicated and understood.
Monitor the lifecycle of all IT assets and flags non compliance
Ensure the information available, helps in planning changes and determining the impact on changes
Maintain the federated asset management databases.
Job Requirements
First degree in Computer Science or IT related role.
ITIL 3/4 Foundation certificate
Minimum of 2 years experience on management of asset and configuration database.
