We are looking for a responsible, neat and proactive Janitor/Props Assistant to support the smooth running and presentation of our studio.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure bathrooms, waiting areas, shooting areas and other studio spaces remain presentable.
- Assist with laundry and proper care/storage of studio fabrics, wraps and reusable materials.
- Handle props carefully and return them to their designated storage areas after use.
- Support the photography team during setup and breakdown of sessions when required.
- Keep props, fabrics, baskets, wraps, accessories and other studio items organised.
- Follow studio health, safety and cleanliness procedures.
- Assist with basic inventory checks and maintain proper organisation of studio materials.
- Carry out other reasonable studio-support duties assigned by management.
- Assist with setting up, arranging and changing photography props, backdrops and sets.
- Monitor props and studio supplies and promptly report damaged, missing or low-stock items.
- Maintain a clean, neat and hygienic studio environment at all times.
- Clean and prepare the studio before and after photography sessions.
Requirements
- Physically fit (Age Grade 24-27)and able to move/arrange props and studio materials.
- Must be responsible and careful with company property.
- Good time management and reliability.
- Must be neat, organised and detail-oriented.
- Must have a proactive attitude and be willing to learn.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Proximity is Key
- Previous experience as a cleaner, janitor, studio assistant, hospitality assistant or similar role is an advantage.
- Interest in photography, styling, props or creative studio work is an added advantage.
