- Record and maintain accurate financial transactions and accounting records.
- Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank, cash, and ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables.
- Assist with payroll preparation and related accounting entries.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Assist with budgeting, expense monitoring, and financial analysis.
- Support the preparation of audit schedules and provide requested documentation.
- Ensure accounting records comply with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
- Identify discrepancies and assist in resolving accounting issues.
- Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor.
