Job Summary
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Home Economics and practical skills in Fashion Design and Garment Making, with the ability to deliver both theoretical and practical lessons effectively.
We are seeking a passionate and competent Home Economics / Fashion Design & Garment Making Teacher to teach junior-class students.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain good classroom discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Teach basic sewing techniques, garment construction, fabric handling, measurements, and finishing.
- Participate in school meetings, training, and extracurricular activities.
- Teach Home Economics to junior-class students in line with the school curriculum.
- Encourage students to develop creativity and practical skills.
- Maintain proper records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
- Ensure proper use and care of sewing equipment and other teaching materials.
- Deliver practical lessons in Fashion Design and Garment Making.
