Job Summary
We are looking for a clean, hardworking, disciplined, and organized kitchen assistant to help with daily food preparation and maintain a hygienic kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize utensils and work surfaces.
- Handle food and kitchen equipment properly.
- Minimize food waste and assist with daily kitchen tasks.
- Wash, peel, cut, chop, and arrange ingredients.
- Follow instructions and kitchen procedures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen.
- Prepare steamed buns and dumplings.
- Job Requirements
- Must be organized, attentive, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- A male is preferred for this role.
- Must know how to make steamed buns and dumplings.
- Good cutting, chopping, and food preparation skills.
- Minimun of OND
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety.
- Must be obedient, honest, punctual, and hardworking.
- Diploma or Certificate in Catering and Hospitality Management is an added advantage.
- Experience in a kitchen is an advantage.
