We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Location: Abia
Role Description
Daily tasks include preparing samples, conducting chemical and physical analyses, recording and interpreting test results, and maintaining accurate documentation for quality control and regulatory compliance.
This is a full-time, on-site Lab Analyst role based in Abia State, Nigeria.
The Lab Analyst will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests on raw materials and finished animal feed products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
The individual will calibrate and operate laboratory equipment, adhere to standard operating procedures, and support investigations into product quality issues or process improvements. The role also involves collaborating with production and quality assurance teams to provide timely analytical feedback that supports consistent product performance.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong laboratory and analytical skills, including
Experience
with sample preparation, chemical analysis, and use of basic lab equipment.
Candidates should possess technical and documentation skills, including attention to detail, accurate record-keeping, and ability to interpret and report laboratory results clearly.
A relevant Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Animal Science, Food Science, or a related field is preferred.
